After sometime the merging process was over and Edward immediately felt as a all the previous powers of different bloodlines which weren't in sync are now linked and complement to each other so the control of the power became free and easy. As Edward was feeling the powers of the new bloodline, Laura too felt that the merging process was complete so she asked Edward to get ready go out of the stone so he can control his new body and check out the situation outside.
After that Edward immediately felt pushing force and his consciousness was pushed out of the stone and he consciousness returned to his body, this time he was able to control his body with much effort, it felt as it was his own body rather than others body. Edward tried to control and get used ton the new body for sometime after that he started to check his surroundings. He was in a bedroom, ceiling and the room walls well colored white there was painting of the family on the left side of the wall, there was a study table and few shelves filled with books on the right side of the wall.
The room looked very simple without much decorations, Edward sported a full size bronze mirror beside study table so he went over there and watched his own reflection, although he had seen himself in the reflection of lake water inside the stone, there he looked very thin and very sick even then he looked very handsome, but now due to change in bloodline and removal of the sickness from the body although he still looked think but under his shirt he could feel the body with excellent shape and fitness and was brimming with energy. His face gained more color now which looked more ruddy than pale face from before. He looked even more handsome now.
After checking himself Edward went to see the family painting hung on the left wall of the room. Even though he had seen his family in his memories but when he saw then in the painting he had to say that his handsomeness and these genes were perfectly passed from his family. Each and every member of the family looks more beautiful and handsome. In the middle sat there were previous king and previous queen, Robert and Merlin respectively, on the side of Robert were the present king Lucas and Edward, on the side of Merlin were the present queen Margaret , Lucy and Lily. Seeing the happy faces of all the family in the painting Edward thought to himself
Edward: [ I want the smiles on their faces to go away. So that to happen i should never let them be sad to that happen i have to become strong and face all the problems responsibilities myself and make the happy and let them have a carefree life. ] Edward reconfirmed his determination to become strong after seeing the happy faces in the painting.
After that Edward changed his clothes and went out his room to checkout the situation of invasion, as he was walking in the corridor he wasn't able to see a single maid or servant. So he kept walking and was thinking about what was going on and how serious was the situation outside so that there weren't single maid or servant in the corridors. After thinking about that the expression on his face became grave as he thought that situation was very serious and it wont be any good for the kingdom and their family.
