After the poor adventurer was sent to the infirmary, the arena was immediately fixed using Earth Magic. The candidates whose names were called stood on the four arenas in order to start the elimination round for the day.
Quinn made his way to the first arena to face his opponent. His foe was a Fourth Year student who hailed from Winterville Academy. It was the academy that took first place in the previous tournament.
The majority of the audience believed that a First Year would not be a match against a Fourth Year Student. Daniel made it so that only those above the age of ten and below the age of twenty were eligible to participate in the tournament.
He believed that despite the age gap, true geniuses would shine among the masses. In his eyes, a First Year student was no different than a Sixth Year student. Only those that managed to overcome such adversities would get his attention.
