After the initial scare had receded, the city underwent a subtle change. The guards became more strict and the Gryphons consistently patrolled the sky.
The citizens of the Guardian City felt that these changes were good and even approved of their soldiers' willingness to perform their roles with renewed vigor.
Of course, the rumors and news surrounding the flying castle that had landed on the outskirts of their city, was their favorite topic of discussion. It even overshadowed the prestige of the top three academies which made Minerva extremely happy.
She even ordered the students to be on their best behavior as they wandered around the city. She also made sure to remind them that if someone asked which academy they belonged to, they should proudly declare that they were part of the prestigious Black Bellied Academy.
