Abbie and Alex didn't encounter any reporters outside the Matthews' residence. Amelia had been cooperative with the reporters and told them everything she knew about her daughter. She made sure to praise Abbie to the highest heavens and even added that the Prince was very lucky to have her as his fiance.
After a few interviews, the reporters left them alone. This made Amelia very unhappy. If possible, she wanted to be interviewed everyday so she could continue to brag about her daughter's relationship to the Prince!
James, on the other hand, was quite thankful because the pests were finally gone. It had been a very hard week for him. His colleagues at work bombarded him with questions. Even his boss was quite interested, but pretended not to care.
