Alex had just entered the orphanage when a realization struck him.
"I didn't need to come here to put on some clothes," Alex muttered. "I can just wear the clothes in my inventory."
For some reason, Alex felt that his brain was working slower than it used to. First, he didn't realize that he was not wearing any clothes. Second, he forgot that there were plenty of clothes inside his inventory that he could use anytime.
Alex immediately picked a set of black shorts and a shirt to wear. After feeling the comfortable fabric on his skin, Alex rubbed his face in an attempt to help his brain recover his common sense.
A few minutes later, the door opened and Sophie entered with a smile on her face.
"Mmm? I don't remember those clothes," Sophie said with a frown. "Did those clothes come from Abbie's world?"
