"We can teleport near Onyx, but after that we'd have to continue on foot. Well, air actually. There are wards set up all around it. And plenty of soldiers. We'll have to speak to all to get to the castle."
Calibri tilted his head. "Why do you not inform Cloud beforehand? You are the Grandmaster... Do you not have people to help you run your errands?"
"I do have people, but we need to speak to him directly. Even then, he'd definitely not let me in." Haochen said.
"Why not?"
"He tends to avoid me and speak only if absolutely necessary."
"Why?"
"..."
Calibri thought for a moment then looked at Haochen quizzically. It couldn't be because of what had happened.
Irritating Haochen was Cloud's favorite pastime. Calibri blinked and decided to change the subject noting Haochen's uncomfortable expression.
"Has he been well?"
"I think so. He's the king of Onyx now."
