The four great clans emerged through the second great war. The war of power struggle. It begun when a group of explorers ventured the unknown sea looking for answers. A time of peace where not many are interested on what's beyond their own lands. It lifted the very first expedition recorded in history. Sent by a leader of a small tribe that was smitten by the legends of the sea, they took the waves in hopes for some revelation of their grand and sometimes horrific imaginations. As if answered by their Gods the sail took them to an island and uncovered a necropolis. But unknown to them they awoke a great bloodline and brewed the storm of war; the war of the four great bloodlines.
Surprised and ecstatic by their discovery the adventurers decided to stay and study the ruins, years passed as they faded to history and was to never be seen again together with the island. The now known book called Memories of the Sea is said to be the diary of the group of adventurers, a compilation of studies and tales of their survival in the island. Although brought by the bizarre nature of events told in the book it was accepted as exaggerations and fantasies, but the book still became a celebrated piece of literature and an important part of history; a piece that provoked the minds of many and started the era of great expeditions. The world became smaller as men grew more curious of what's beyond. With the Great war being a pivotal force that broke limits to widen the horizon.
