As Akiol was sparring against the Shadow Knight he peeked at Wrock and his progress on poor Will.
Will was in the feeble position with Wrock kicking him around like a soccer ball. This went on for a few seconds, when Yielya got up.
Wrock turned to her and joked, "Nice nap?"
Yielya clicked her tongue replying, "It was some sort of paralyzing arrow. Nothing I could have done about it."
"I suppose not, do me a favor though."
Yielya tilted her head questioningly.
Pointing to Will he said, "Need you to heal this man. I am not finished yet."
Yielya looked at Will with pity. Not many people were able recover from Wrock's beatings. Both physically and mentally.
Yielya healed poor Will. Noticing this Will screamed, "No! Please no more!"
He was then again toyed with. Wrock tossed, kicked, and spun him. Akiol was beginning to feel bad, even though Will started all this. He asked, "Wrock, could you finish him off now please? I'd like to finish this boss."
As soon as he finished he had to duck, as the claymore had nearly removed his scalp.
Wrock nodded and kicked Will in the jaw. The force of the kick spun Will's neck, snapping it. Will's body lay there.
Akiol sighed, he felt quite disgusted at his two former party members. He could only hope that Wrock's beating put some sense into them.
With that he faced the Shadow Knight seriously, he was just holding off the boss until Will was done with.
His [Aura Boost] only had around forty seconds left, he figured that would be enough.
Dashing around the Shadow Knight he cut at every opening he could see. From leg slices to stabbing faces. He didn't care as long as the knight died.

There was only fifteen seconds left on his [Aura Boost] when the boss turned crimson.
'I could have guessed that by it's looks but thanks anyway.'
Akiol shouted, "Wrock! Stop just enjoying the show, I need some assistance!"
Wrock cracked his neck and ran towards the boss. He didn't forget to poke fun and said, "I thought you would be able to handle it, it looked like you were doing fine."
Akiol responded, "I could handle it, but that could take a while. I just want to finish this quickly."
Wrock chuckled, he soon arrived at the boss throwing some attacks in along with Akiol. It wasn't long before Akiol's [Aura Boost] ran out.
After bullying the boss the Shadow Knight wailed and dark flames scattered the small arena.
Wrock backed off, the damage wasn't too bad. It would stack up quickly though and he wanted to see if it would go out.
Akiol was also going to retreat when he realized that he was taking no damage. Examining himself quickly he realized that the flames never reached his core.
At most the flames were slightly melting his slime body, which disturbed him greatly.
He used [Leap] and was soon above the boss. He stabbed downwards attacking the top of its head. The Shadow Knight didn't like getting hit in the same spot and shook its head violently.
Akiol jumped off the boss, and commented, "You're a knight, not a bull."
The Shadow Knight swung its claymore at him very quickly.
Akiol saw the blow but due to his lack of speed he could only watch as he was beheaded.
It was a strange sight, he saw his body get further from him. He felt the flames burn his face. He didn't appreciate his head being melted and struggled to move his body towards him.
It's very disorienting having one's head off. Not many could survive the experience anyway.
He soon picked up his head and put it back on. The two parts mended together nicely.
Yielya saw this and was completely baffled, she turned to Wrock who was, at most, slightly surprised.
She questioned, "How'd he survive that?!"
Wrock laughed and replied, "I am sure he will tell you the answer soon."
Akiol proceeded to continue his attacks on the Shadow Knight.
He stabbed the Shadow Knight's knee, causing it to fall.
Pulling the sword out he spun and stabbed the side of the Shadow Knight's head. The boss had fallen completely and was laying on the ground.
It only took a few more hits before the boss had finally died.
Akiol ignored the evolution for right now. He was in a dungeon and he had no clue how long it would take.
Another notification rang.
He looked towards Yielya and Wrock asking, "You guys want to quit?"
The two nodded and Akiol pressed quit. A bunch of white lines soon circled them and they found themselves at the entrance to the dungeon.
Yielya looked at Akiol and said, "You have some explaining to do."
Akiol chuckled and nodded. Sending a friend request to Yielya he said, "I shall explain somewhere not so crowded."
The all brought out some teleport scrolls when Wrock asked, "Where is your scrolls leading to?"
Akiol responded, "Yellow Stalk."
Yielya added, "Purple Leaf. I suppose it wouldn't be good if we went to different villages huh?"
Wrock laughed and handed Yielya a teleport scroll to Yellow Stalk.
They arrived at Yellow Stalk and Wrock invited them to his room at the local inn. Akiol had asked why Wrock had a room at the inn and he responded with, "To recover fatigue faster? Don't you have one?"
Akiol was silent, he didn't speak until they all had entered Wrock's room and shut the door.
Akiol asked, "Fatigue? You can get tired in this?"
Yielya and Wrock looked at him funny. Wrock replied, "Yeah? You build up your fatigue meter the more actions you do in the game. You can recover by resting but having rooms is faster."
Akiol was thinking, he then came to a conclusion. His slime self was way more stronger than he originally thought! This also explained why Scorpion look distraught during their battle. Compared to Akiol who wasn't getting tired, Scorpion was losing steam! The slime race was proving to be more incredible.
He then told the two his findings, also catching Yielya up on the original benefits and downsides.
The two were silent for a moment. Yielya was the first to exclaim, "That's. . . I feel there's a lack of balance here."
Akiol laughed sheepishly. He had now been fully convinced that having one major weak point and having no class was worth the massive benefits a slime body could give.
The three chatted for a while until Yielya claimed she had to log off. Akiol also took that moment to leave, he still had an evolution to go through.
Leaving the inn he teleported to Red Bush, renting a room at the local inn he sat on its bed. He pulled up the menu confirming if he wanted to evolve.
Taking a deep breath he pressed confirm.
