Mew enjoyed himself a lot. He had followed the she-guy god and had bought a lot of delicious food and funny games to play with. The she-guy god had even ordered a custom made small kimono for Mew to wear on the last day of the assembly.
Being in a good mood, Mew ran into Ookuninushi again. He seemed very carefree as he strolled around and went to look at how far the other gods had progressed with their duties.
[Yo, blinding guy!]
Mew yelled, hanging upside down in front of Ookuninushi's face.
"Oh, Mew. Enjoying yourself are we. So am I! It would be a shame if I didn't enjoy myself, right. After this assembly is over, I am going to enjoy myself with some girls in the mundane world as well."
Ookuninushi said, his smile still as bright as always.
"Going back to duties, some other gods are tarrying and we really need to get this done."
Ookuninushi looked hopefully at Mew.
[Only if you tell me how to get a Shikigami and a familiar.]
Mew replied, thinking this was a great deal. He could make a lot of funny guy that weren't Pokemon! A win-win situation, surely!
Ookuninushi immediately agreed as he gave a task form to Mew with the duties that were lagging behind.
[Now, tell me!]
Mew said as his eyes sparkled. He really wanted to know!
"Shikigami are made through the use of a Shikigami egg. The egg is made through the use of a few materials. The egg looks like this."
In Ookuninushi's hand a small egg with a number appeared.
"The egg hatches when it has collected enough energy of the person who will become its master."
[Then what are the materials and how do I make an egg?]
Mew wondered if the process was the same as the creation of a pokemon egg.
Ookuninushi handed Mew a piece of paper with the materials. Mew read it thoroughly. The materials were quite simple, as was the process. It was a lot like how cultivators made pills. At least that was what Mew had read about. Throw everything together in a pot, heat it and use your enegry to combine it into a solid shape. Rather easy.
[And the thing about familiars?]
"Oh, that is easy as well. A yokai or other supernatural creature will do, though most of the familiars are created by the god him or herself. To form the contract, the god/goddess kisses the familiar. The contract will be made as soon as you kiss the wanted familiar. Quite simple, though it would be hard for me to do if they were a man..."
Ookuninushi said, still smiling brightly, even when he mentioned kissing the same sex, which he clearly disliked.
"There are also other ways, such as forming a contract through oath, which is the best one, if I might say so myself. Kissing is too much for if you ask me. The virtue of an innocent goddess will be gone as soon as they do it after all. I'll still like them, even if their virtue becomes less. All women are equall after all."
Having sopped listening halfway through, Mew nodded to himself, wanting to test out this whole creating Shikigami and making a familiar. Shikigami could be done as soon as he finished the tasks, while the thing about a familiar... He had a test body right in his pouch! Let's go with that. Maybe it would still become a familiar, even if the soul currently possesed another body. It would be fun to try out.
