Having gifted the things he wanted to the Jedi, Mew had distanced himself from them. He had sensed a darkness creep over the Jedi order after Ahsoka had left and the feeling only increased. Even being around the clones had become difficult. There always seemed to be a slimy feeling around them that just wouldn't go away. It wasn't as bad as with the creepy guy, but if felt like it was eating at the clones from the inside. Not one to stay among things that made him feel yucky, Mew had once again remained in Padme's apartment.
It was also a lot better to stay there, as every now and then, Anakin would come by as well. Though Mew didn't know why he was always looking for Padme, he did know how to read the mood. It felt the same as when his precious pokemon wanted to mate. Maybe Anakin was having his heat and needed Padme to fulfill the instincts raging through his body?
Not thinking too far on the subject, Mew just waited till the time was right and Anakin came by when he had time. When he did, Mew began to hang out with him. He seemed to find it pleasant as well, as the absence of Ahsoka had left a unnoticeable void in him.
[You are starting to feel more yucky everytime you come by. It reeks of anger and fury.]
Mew mentioned to Anakin one day. He was starting to get worse as time went by. It started to resemble the creepy guy, though it was only along the edges of Anakin's soul.
[Want to see it as well. It looks really awful.] Mew added.
"I do wonder what you are talking about."
Anakin said, looking at Mew who was looking at him in disgust.

Mew handed Anakin a mirror and flushed Anakin's eyes with aura. Anakin's eyes glowed a pale blue, letting him see the aura of others. Anakin looked around in curiosity, looking at Mew who appeared to him like a blazing golden sun, warm and soothing. As he looked at his own reflection, he saw something like the sun as well, though around the edges, he could see a blackish purple ooze creeping along, trying to move to the center.
"What the hell is that?!"
Anakin said in shock, as he almost dropped the mirror.
"Mew! Explain this to me!"
Anakin said as he looked at Mew intently, a kind of fear in his eyes. At the same time, mew could see the ooze spread a little further.
[It's corruption. It's anger and fear. It is what you call the dark side. It is encroaching on you. It is taking control of your actions.]
Mew said, as he looked intently at the ooze. It was as if it sensed Mew looking at him as it squirmed around in a frenzied manner, wanting to evade his sight.
"How? Since when did it start? I don't feel different. I don't feel this anger and fear at all."
Anakin said as he looked at his hand. They were faintly trembling.
[You don't know? Then what about the time you half force chocked Puggle? Or the enemies you killed in anger? What about them? You let yourself be controlled by it.]
Mew looked intently at Anakin, the playful nature completely gone as he was truly worried about what this playful man was going through in the future. If possible, he wanted to safe him from himself.
[The dark side is strong in you, but so is the light side. Overcome with anger you often are. You must control it, before it consumes you. I can only help you a little, but most of the effort has to come from yourself.]
Mew said as he pressed his little paw against Anakin's trembling body. To be precise, Anakin's forehead. Channeling a little of his Aura, Mew purged the growing dark side encroaching on Anakin's soul, while also activating the drawing on Anakin's but. The drawing soon faded, as its purpose was now fulfilled. On Anakin's arms were now a strange rune pattern, running up till his shoulders.
[If the dark side is growing in you again, and you are about to make a grave mistake, the runes will activate. You will be stopped, though you might not like the way how.]
Mew said as the runes were engraving themselves in Anakin's very bone and marrow.
"I don't care. As long as I can keep my friends and close ones safe. Even if that has to be from myself."
Anakin said, as he had already felt himself becoming lighter ever since Mew had poured his energy into him.
[I will not be in this plane of existence for very much longer. It is time for me to move on to other worlds. Know that safety meassures have already been taken.]
Mew added, as he patted Anakin on the head in ensurance.
"That is good to know. I'm counting on you Mew."
Anakin said as he looked at the now new look the skin on his arms had received.
[I can't leave you to mess around. I'll give you my warning as well, though a bit more detailed. Stay away from the chancellor. He feels yucky, though not your kind of yucky. He is the kind of yucky that is impossible to cleanse.]
Mew said, as he teleported back to Naboo to spent the last couple of days before he would move on.
