After getting rid of the ugly plant called Diababa, Mew joined the monkeys in a small festivity. It would've been fun if the others joined as well, but as soon as Link came close, the monkeys would flee. He was human after all.
After abandonning the two to their journey, Mew joined the monkeys in their pranks and mischiefs. The most funny things the monkeys did apparently was throwing rotten fruit and crap at passersby.
So when one of the villagers was patrolling nearby, Ook, the monkey chief started the folly by casting the first throw.
After that it was a free for all of fruit, as Mew did't like being near their feces.
Throwing a really big pumpkin at Ook, Mew happily cheered as he managed to throw Ook down the tree.
Not noticing the eyes cast at Mew with a playf glimmer, Mew was soon the target of all the other monkeys as they avenged their downed leader.
Playing fair, Mew abandoned the use of teleportation and was thus often hit by a few piece of fruit, making his fur all sticky and sweet smelling. By the end of it all, none of them, Monkeys and Mew, were spared from the fruity onslaught. Collapsing on the ground, they were soon surrounded by deer and other animals that had become attracted by the smell. Waiting patiently, they were licked clean in but a moment. Afterwards they went back to the tree and crept close together as they huddled for warmth. Finding some nice positions to sleep in, they soon fell asleep.
Not planning to join them, as the monkeys smelled way worse than he had originally thought, Mew went back to his garden and joined the elves, Pallum and beast men in taking a bath in the natural onsen.
It had been a funny scene when the different races played rock-paper-scissors on who was allowed to bath him, but Mew still enjoyed the sight of them all playing together.
When they all went towards the bath, it came as no surprise to Mew that Aldos had become the winner of the whole thing as he proudly carried Mew around. Scrubbing Mew until he was but a heap of foam, Mew was made sparkly clean before he relaxed in the pleasant heat of the onsen. A few pokemon joined as well, no caring if there were others already in it as the group was becoming merrier as soon as the Pokemon joined.
Looking up at the starry sky, Mew sighed in satisfaction as today had been a lot of fun. Monkeys really knew well how to play around. Maybe he should take a Gengar with him the next time he went out. He would most likely feel right at home when they started. Looking at Aldos while pondering who to take with him, Mew smiled mischievously as he put together his pranking team.
