Lake sighed, sitting down on the empty room beside the man they brought in as the room shook a little bit and someone walked out of the walls.
"Did you get that?" He asked, looking up to see Meraki standing in front of him.
Meraki frowned at him, "What did you get me stuck in the wall for? To listen in on your and Adan's fight?"
"You heard what I asked right?"
"What about that?" She crossed her arms over her chest, a towel in her arm. "Are you going to honestly tell me everything about what may be going on?"
"I don't know either." He said, sighing. "But you need to know this, Meraki. Everything that happened to you is not a mere coincidence. Not the attack at your home, your father's death or your being brought back to life."
"What do you know about my death?" She asked, sitting down beside him.
