"I will be going with Jasmine and Rose," Aurora said that and I chocked on my drink as I looked at her in surprise.
Dinner is done and we are having desserts. Passion fruit drinks. I don't know what this is but I do like it a little bit.
"You said that you were going to be here," I said, wiping my mouth with the cloth on the table. I think it is a napkin?
"Don't worry about it all, Meraki," Caris said from the other side of the table. "I will take care of you."
"I will trust Meraki with a bear more than I would with you," Aurora said with a frown to Caris. "And I am not going to go permanently. I am just going to have a talk with … them."
"So you aren't going to sneak in with us?" Rose asked, taking a sip of her drink and making a face. "Yeah, this is not for me."
"I will take it then," Jasmine said, taking the cup from her and dinking the juice there.
