I pushed open the gate and was greeted by a familiar face.
"Welcome, Meraki," he said, walking to us. "And friends. Here for a meal? Why are you all in your uniform?"
"We snuck out of class," Ethan said, grinning at the man in front of us. "Who might you be?"
Elijah looked at the two who looked ready to attack him if he even moved closer to me and smirked, "Good job, Meraki."
"Thank you?" I said, not understanding what he was trying to say.
"Let me guess, you are here to see Noa," he said with a raised eyebrow.
"Yes." I said, "Is he here?"
"Of course. There is nowhere else we would go." Elijah laughed. "Come with me please."
"I don't like him," Ethan whispered to Jude who nodded.
"Just be cautious," he said as walked behind him.
I couldn't help but look around the place as we walked to the gate that we had to enter in to get to Noa's place.
