Chapter 1 - glimpse from past life

I saw him standing not very far from me . His eyes showed his emotions though his face hid his emotions well. He wore a monk robe in earthen colour. He is Eiji, I couldn't mistaken him from someone else.

Someone nudged my shoulder to keep me move forward. I could see several women around me. And guards surrounded us. I saw I was dressed in all white, and even a white silk robe covering my petite body. A priest in front led the way while chanting prayers. We moved slowly on steady pace following a path to higher ground on a certain cliff. The path there then become rough. I felt the wind slap my face and drifted my robe. I see blue ocean with their wave tampering the rock quite far below. The women stop there.

The old priest and the guards get closer to me to keep me walk to the edge. I knew I reach my end. Tears fell on my cheeks. I glanced to the priest that now stood beside me. He looked right to my eyes. He must've see the fear in my eyes. His chanting become louder as to overcome my fear.

The wind got harsher and I struggled just to be able to stood still. The sky was bright blue. The ocean beneath glistening with clear cobalt blue. Trembling, I hear my lips following the chanting, litany to fulfil my destiny. I took off my robe and I made that jump.

Wind swallowed my body whole, while the ocean below became clear and closer. I could see the light waves rippled, the clear ocean showed the sand and rocks at the bottom. I cried and scream to the top of my lungs for time that last forever. The clear green blue sea manifest my fear would forever imprinted in my mind. It was finally black when I feel all bones on my body crushed hard to the coldness.

I stunned as sequences like a movie flood my senses. My eyes still closed and I maintain my breath with deep pranayama. So it was another regression of my life. Another clue from the past. As my breath becoming normal, I opened my eyes. I took my time to streched from lotus pose and pulled my body up.

That were answers to my fear. But I need to think it through...
