Chapter 9 - chapter 9 the tournament part 1

suun arrived in the tournament grounds and started the first fight it was against a guardian with aproxamently the same build as suun but carried a sword almost twice his size suun realized that this guardian is supposed to be the weakest so he decides to just use émporos mastix to take care of business that way he could exert the least amount of energy possible and attack from afar. suun starts out by maneuvering his the whip so that the ball is going straight towards the guardian the guardian blocked the hit and started charging suun knew the guardians sword was around 8' long so suun couldn't let the guardian get within 10' of him suun decided to talk to the guardian as they we fighting he wanted to know the guardian's name so he asked it the guardian replied with just two words he said." Hercules". suun asked him if this fight was to the death or not because suun isnt the type to kill good people unless its absolutely necessary and Hercules said no so suun desided to use émporos makhaira to finish the fight as fast as possible he called out its name and the whip shrunk down to the size of a dagger and grew an edge then suun knowing he has to be as fast as possible he used his dash ability and ran strait toward Hercules with the intent of cutting the tendents in his arms and legs to where he cant move any more. hurcules as soon as suun got into to range he swung his sword it was like a blur and suun went flying back suun thought he was faster than hurcules but was sorely mistaken and it costed him. the hit was shallow but shattered the bones in suuns left arm it was only the first fight and suun was already down an arm against the weakest enemy so suun changed his tactics and decide to keep his distance he used his devils command ability he though since hurcules has extremely strength then the logical counter is his extreme speed and range so suun dashed towards Hercules once more but this time predicted his sword sing perfectly suun knew with a sword that big Hercules couldn't use proper sword techniques so he could only swing it side to side suun knew he would swing as soon as he was in range so suun jumped high in to the air and threw his dagger the shouted take flight makhaira the dagger flew strait and true it slashed threw Hercules' tendon in his wrist and made him drop his sword then suun swung his hand down and the dagger flew toward his feet and slashed both of his Achilles tendons then suun swung his hand up and the dagger slashed his tendon in his other wrist this all happened in the blink of an eye and Hercules was shocked he was so utterly defeated he surrender and offered suun his services just because he wanted to learn how to fight like suun. suun carried his motionless but alive body to the edge of the tournament grounds and told persephone to let him live he fought like a warrior and was the strongest opponent he has faced thus far so persephone made a deal with suun she told him if he can defeat all 10 of the guardians with out killing a single one then she would allow all 10 of them to follow suun through the underworld and fight hades with him suun accepted and made an addition to the proposal and told persephone he would do it and do it in under a day persephone laughed and said we will see then she sent in the next guardian and told suun his name to save him the trouble of trying to figgure it out she told him that guardian number 2s name is was hector and he has killed 31,000 Greek warrior before suun and that was when he was alive.
