The seating arrangement in the meeting hall was a concentric round table made up of three layers. The third layer as well as the outermost circle was the largest, taking up the most space and was made up of roughly 50 individuals. The second layer was made up of all the branch guild leaders and their branches. In total, there were 14 branch guilds and that meant 28 people were seated in the second layer. As for the first and innermost circle, there were 16 seats in total with the head seat being above the rest.
