After the double feint from the Kraken and the third attack which was targeted at Xue Yan and almost cost the team their numbers, everyone realised that the monster wasn't to be underestimated. It wasn't like Gatekeeper Baka or the other BOSS monsters that relied entirely on their attribute advantage to fight an opponent. However, from the fact that it still reverted to its instinctual form of thinking after getting injured, it showed that the monster's intelligence wasn't fully developed.
A large beast with a grey coloured body walked out from the layer of darkness that demarcated the lit path. It looked like an octopus with nine tentacles, but with a more ferocious appearance. At the front lobe of the monster's head was a pair of horns, and in its mouth, two rows of terrifyingly sharp carnivorous teeth. With a black sclera and red pupils, the Kraken looked just like a monster from hell.
