XueYa had read over the book, especially the chapter about the dragon bracelet. But from what he could read, there was no useful info on any of the pages. Just that it could steal the zodiac animal at will, nothing more. No information on where the artefact originated from or how one could extract the zodiac animal out of the bracelet.
But what did any of this have to do with soulmates?

"Each dragon can create a dragon bracelet once in their life, and once they die, the dragon bracelet too will stop from functioning. The book didn't tell you how these bracelets are made?"
