Hirotsu was smiling evilly while patting Yui. He was whispering: "Forget everything and be mine. Only remember the best memories and rely on me." He was using his mist to detect any life form that would come near them and at the same time kill them. Some condensed mist was covering Yui's head, it was slowly being absorbed by her.
After an hour of waiting and watching Yui, Hirotsu felt his worst enemy presence entering in his mist. He slowly took his eyes off the sleeping wolf and gave a death glare towards the direction where the person was coming from. The snake man yelled: "Blaaaazzeeee!!!"
The yelling didn't wake Yui. The figure slowly approached with glittering blue eyes. Blaze was staring coldly at Hirtsu. He said in a low menacing voice while keeping coming closer: "Hiro..." Hirotsu got up and let out a crazy laugh. "You're coming at me?"
The mage made a blue flame appear out of thin air. It made his eyes shine in a colder look. "I can't take her away from you without getting closer." He threw the flame ball at the snake.
Hirotsu easily stretched his body and dodged the flame ball to the side. "Then come closer!" Hirotsu dashed at Blaze but before he could hit him, Blaze lifted his finger and a flame wall got up from the ground. The snake guy made a feint and punched the mage's face instead. His whole body passed through the flame wall and the flames stuck to him.
Blaze fell on the ground and chuckled. "We should have done this since the beginning, you traitor. Where did you run out to? I will turn you to ashes in this third meeting."
Hirotsu joined the mage with a laugh. "You are the traitor. I told you, Yuzumi is mine!" Blaze reached the hand towards the snake guy and clenched his fist. The flame intensified but no sound came from the person inside of them. Slowly the flame burned everything and calmed down. The mage frowned. He didn't believe it would be this easy even if his flames touched the guy. Hirotsu is a cunning snake that always finds ways to win against him.
Blaze looked around and stopped his gaze for some seconds on Yui. Hirotsu was hiding in a tree in his snake form. He took this chance when the mage was distracted to make a lot of small snakes detach themselves from him. Hirotsu shrinked a little in size. The white snake made the small ones fall like a rain on the mage.
Hirotsu commanded them to bite and bind the mage, not letting Blaze take even a small breath of air. More snakes kept detaching themselves from Hirotsu until he became as small as a finger. After the first bite, the mage's mind came back to the fight but more snakes bit him and poison quickly spread in his blood. He's made his mind fussy. He had a hard time thinking of his next plan and was having less and less air in his lungs.
Blaze was finally able to create a flame armor that took a second to burn any snake that came in contact with it. Hirotsu felt his flesh burn to ashes and they all made an angry 'hiss'. The now small white snake who was hiding in a tree, made his other parts converge into a giant snake. At the same time, the mage made some of his blue flame flow in his blood to burn the venom in him. Blaze was gritting his teeth, enduring the pain while fighting now the big snake.
The height made no difference for the giant snake's movements, it was as fast as the small ones but it was easier for the mage to hit it. Blaze was evading while pointing his arm at the snake's head. He had a flame bow attached to his arm that was firing flame arrows at the big white snake. His flame armor was still on so that every time the snake tried to bite him, it would melt its mouth.
For some reason, the snake seems to always regenerate and every time Blaze would do a big amount of damage to its head, it would split in two. Blaze found out that even if the giant snake would bite him, the venom that would be in his body wouldn't be as dangerous as when all those small ones bit him at the same time. His mind was getting clearer with the time but with 8 heads attacking him, he was having problems dodging.
The real body of the snake was watching the fight with shiny happy red eyes. He knew that he had to wait a little longer and his rival would be dead. He looked at where Yui was supposed to be and froze. He did make the mage distance himself from the black wolf with his aggressive attacks but now he couldn't feel her anywhere in his mist.
Hirotsu was full of rage and jumped from his hiding spot at Blaze's neck. The snake bit the mage's neck while he himself was being burned. The small snake injected all the venom he had in the mage while its scales were melting. Soon he began bleeding and he smelled like roasted meat. The big snake tried to join Hirotsu but was melting at a faster rate than the original body so it hissed angrily and waited for a new command. The mage screamed of pain. Blaze fell on his knees and his flame armor was slowly fading away.
Blaze's ears were ringing and his head was spinning. He was having a high fever and was breathing heavily. His blue eyes were staring at the floor while going from left to right at a quick peace. Sweat was dripping off his forehead. The only thing he was thinking about was to buy enough time for Yui and Ares.
Hirostu let go of the mage's neck after seeing the state he was in through the giant snake's eyes. The small snake squirmed in pain on the burned ground. He hissed painfully and commanded the giant snake to come back to him. After he became on with his other parts, Hirotsu completely regenerated. Now the bigger snake turned into his human-like form and looked angrily at the dying mage.
He grabbed Blaze hair and pulled his head to look at his eyes. "Where. is. She?!" Hirotsu asked, threatening. The mage was hearing his words in slow motion but was able to understand. He answered with a small smirk. He had no more strength but was happy to hear that his plan succeeded.
Last time he saw Yui, she was with a big skinny wolf. At first he wanted to take Yui and confine her with him, in his new tower but after he saw how much Ares wanted to protect her, he decided to use him as a perfect bodyguard. Before he leaves, he made sure that Yui could escape whenever she wanted to. He knew Hirotsu was near and would take her away. With the red wolf, he planned to put his life on the line while once again helping Yui escape from the white snake's grasp. And so he succeeded. Hirotsu was here, with him, unaware of where Yui disappeared.
Blaze looked at the sky with his smirk still on and decided to do the last thing he could to help his beloved master. Hirotsu was still staring angrily at him waiting for an answer until a sudden frown appeared on his face. The snake man let go of the mage's hair and quickly killed him by piercing his heart with his hand. The snake guy felt a lot of wild energy accumulating inside the mage body so he decided to kill him before it goes rampant.
The mage body fell soundlessly on the ground. The energy that was once inside its body exploded out, the host lost control over it so it was going ramped. The big explosion swallowed the snake and all of the surroundings. In the centre of the explosion nothing was left but a big crater in the ground. It was so deep, you couldn't see it's end. The crater was as big as all the continent. It erased it from the planet. The mage had made all his magical power go wild in a second and destroy everything. The disaster didn't end there. All other continents were covered in blue flames. It was burning everything on it's sight. The mage had no remorse. His master, Yui, was sent to another universe with the big wolf, Ares. As for Hiro, he would have no chance to survive the explosion being that close.
