We walked for a few more hours. Calmis said, "We need to take a break."
I nodded and said, "You can sleep first. I will watch."
He gave me a look. I said, "Stop giving me that look."
He said, "You need to sleep also."
I nodded and said, "Yeah. But you need sleep more than me."
He sighed and said, "Fine. But you need to sleep as well."
I nodded. We stopped and I let him use my backpack and a pillow. He fell alseep within a few minutes. I just wait and wait. I played with some fire because it helps pass the time.
I look over at Calmis. He looked so adorable when he sleeps. I sigh and continue. He wakes up about 7 hours later. He rubs his eyes as he sits up. He said, "Hello."
I said, "Hi."
I get up and stretch. I hold out my hand for him and he takes it I pull him up and he hands me my backpack. We kept walking while snacking every so often.
Hours have past and we were still surrounded by nothing. We finally took a rest. We sit down and I sigh. Calmis looked at me and said, "Something wrong?"
I shake my head no. I said, "No. I am fine. How are you holding up?"
He said, "I am slightly tired. But fine."
I said, "We can stay so you can sleep."
He said, "But you need to sleep."
I said, "I am not tired. If we both fall asleep, something might happen."
He nods and said, "You still need to sleep."
I nodded and said, "Yeah. Sure."
I hand him the backpack and he goes to sleep. It was until a few hours when he started to move around violently. I place a hand on his cheek and rub it back and forth to help calm him.
It works after a few minutes and goes back to sleep peacefully. We began to walk a little later on. This continued for a few more days. I had bags under my eyes and was not walking steadily when we stopped.
Calmis said, "You need to sleep."
I said, "I am fine. I can go a while longer."
I try to walk and fall to my knees. I try to stand up when I felt him put his hands on my shoulders. He said, "You need to sleep."
I shake my head and said, "I am fine. We need to continue. We are almost there."
He would not let me go. And honestly, I did not feel like fighting back. I sigh and said, "Fine. Only for a few hours."
He nods and said, "Go to sleep."
I nodded slowly as my eye lids began to close. I began to fall and felt being let down gently. I was out like a light. I have not gone this long without sleep in a long while.
There was one thing I forgot about the dark kingdom. It brings dreams. Here is how it went...
(A/N:This part is not for sensitive eyes. If you do not like heavy bloodshed and torture please be careful on which part you read.)
I was back at the war. Someone came busting in. I turn and could feel my hair swing side to side by my sudden movement. My teal eyes looking at who ever came in. It was a messenger. He was all bloody and bruised. He leaned against the wall for support. I rush over and said, "Kilo, what happened to you?"
He leaned into me and said, "It was the monsters. They have the prince."
I could feel my face go dark. I nodded and helped him to the infirmary. Once I make it, I go into the armory. I grab my daggers and put on my armor. I then grab my horse. Me and Honey rode off to find the prince. I was searching when I got ambushed.
I heard the whistle of an arrow. Honey began to scream in pain. She fell and I had to roll to not be collapsed by her. I then got tackled to the floor. I fought back. The person who has tackled me whispered, "Fight back and the prince will die."
I had to restrain from not fighting back. I got roughly dragged. I got blind folded and gagged. I could feel the drug seep into my mouth. I tried to fight it back but I lost it and went unconscious.
I wake up chained to the wall. I tug at the chains only for them to dig into my wrist. I flinch in pain. I could see a silhouette in the corner. Weeping. I struggle against the chains. I heard a voice say, "Akiho!"
I recognized the voice. I struggled even more. I said, "Prince! Is that you!"
A low voice said, "Oh yes. It is the prince."
I screamed, "Let Wood go!"
The silhouette stepped towards me. I see Zero. His deep black hair gave off a hollow yellow shine from the light. He had a seductive smirk on. He went up and poked my breasts. I realized that they took of my armor. I made an attempt to kick him. But it only made it so close because of the chains.
He said, "Not as scary when you are tied up are you."
I thrashed around violently. He chuckled and said, "Oh this will he fun. But let's make a trade."
I growled and said, "Just get the prince out of here!"
He chuckled deeply and said, "We will trade him for you."
Wood screamed, "No!"
I looked at him with tears in my eyes. I said, "Fine."
Wood then got dragged away. Zero grabbed my face and said, "This will be fun."
He slapped my face as had as he could. I scream in pain and thrash around. Fighting to get out. Nothing. I could feel warm blood drip down my wrist and give off a faint sound as it hint the floor.
