Sure enough, Cailin soon explained the reasoning behind the price. "Because it has been a very long time since we auctioned an item like this, we aren't entirely sure about its price. With that being said, it will be auctioned for whatever the price at the end is."
Cailin then smiled, saying, "However, there's a catch! Everyone will only have one chance of placing a bid, and you will have ten minutes to do so. After time runs out, the highest bid will win. Of course, those who want to shout out your bid can do so, but you will only be able to do so once as well."
