It was just like Aelrie mentioned. Around a week later, Rean and Kentucky were finally able to feel the Spatial Powers of the Chasm weakening in power. Kentucky was the first one, as his race had some higher affinity with Space. Rean followed him a day later, also seeing the difference.
Yet, that wasn't the only thing they noticed. Rean and Kentucky finally felt something different in this barren land around the time they detected the change in the Chasm. There were rubbles, definitely from some construction that had collapsed a long time ago. That caused Rean and Kentucky to once again stop by the Chasm once they found a place near enough for them to talk.
"Kentucky, Aelrie. We aren't going to fly at full speed anymore," Rean warned them. "We don't know what to expect, so we need to be careful. From now on, Kentucky and I will fly at one-tenth of our speed."
