The worst thing humans have ever created is the infamous alarm clock. Why would you wish to wake to something that resembles a screaming Banshee?! The were created to instill fear not wake you. Stupid fucking humans. It was only four thirty when the blasphemous thing went off only to be shattered against the wall.
With a sigh I arose for my millionth first day of high school, living forever isn't as appealing as it seems. This time, my name is Violet Shay, don't ask why, I was tired.
"Scott!! What should I wear?" Did I mention one of the gods tagged along? Why he would choose such a basic name is beyond me.
"How should I know? I've never been to the mortal realm. I thought it was against the rules." A chuckle escapes my lips
"Oh dear Scott, don't you know? 'Rules' are meant to be broken, shattered even, into billions of pieces until they no longer exist."
"Yet you say you're no longer angry about your last punishment, you can't lie to me love. I'm the god of truth and literature remember?" His laughter rang through our kitchen as I sentenced him with a death glare.
"Remember to wear clothes, yeah?" Scott scoffs
"That was one time! After you so graciously decided to drag me along on your little adventure." I roll my eyes at his little ignorant jab
"If I recall correctly, you begged me to bring you along."
