Lyra was born in the lovely city of Ika with her gran-dad and gran-gran, Lyra was born with the ability of energy manipulation which is pretty rare for a person living in Ika, Pretty rare indeed. Her powers were discovered when she was 8 years old when she was trying to save a kitten falling from a building, You might say if its a tall building how could she noticed it well energy manipulation isn't really her only ability, She could also sense an accident from happening well let me explain, Everytime that Lyra feels her heartbeat became louder like it was played on a speaker she knows that there is something terrible is gonna happen, She imediately looked around to see if she could avoid or stop it somehow, As she gazed upon a tall building she saw a baby kitten and its mom the mother went ahead first and sat to wait for her child to jump, Lyra knew that kitten couldn't make it, She ran towards the place she would think the kitten is about to fall, As she ran she felt the heartbeat stronger and stronger like as if time stopped, Her heartbeat was too loud for her she couldn't hear her gran-gran calling her "Lyra where are you going? be careful!" The kitten jumped and missed the other building, The kitten kept getting closer to the ground fast, Lyra knew she couldn't make it, It made her tear up, She rose her hand imitating to catch the kitten.
The last step she made changed everything at that moment, She opens her eyes slowly as witnessing her hands glowing and the kitten floating. Her gran-gran is very proud yet troubled....
