Why do I want to meet his ex-girlfriend?
I am opening a chapter of our lives that is touchy. It is obvious that there are still lingering feelings when it comes to her and he feels a lot of guilt. Darrien might seem like an insensitive person. Like he could care less about the feelings of other people but he does and he cares too much right now.
This is the most I have seen him care about anyone—except me of course.
Maybe we need to have a conversation with this woman. Let her know that there is no chance. He left her without a word, in the middle of the night and suddenly, he went back to her. Granted, it was to help me but he could have looked for another witch. Why did it have to be her?
He has opened a can of worms and I need to dispose of it because this will always linger in our relationship and I can't have that.
