The second I get out of the meeting and see Isabelle outside my room, I know that something is up. Maybe it is just the part of me that is connected to him. Maybe it is just the part of me that worries for his safety. Or maybe it is just the part of me that has been worried since he felt that pain this morning.
"Why are you outside my room?'' I ask her as I get closer to the door.
She looks at me with a warm smile "I am just waiting on him.'' she tells me with no worry in her voice.
"It has been over an hour,'' I tell her, walking into the room. I hear him in the bathroom immediately and I run over to the door "Lanis,'' I call his name as I open the door and enter the room.
