"I am not going anywhere." I sit up on the bed. My mind is made up. I am not scared of anything anymore and I will not let him convince Gyles that the best thing for him is our absence. He is trying to be a hero but we don't need a hero. We need to be together. I have seen Beau and Alanis and they are only stronger together.
We had Cassius in the community. Uncle Fallon is still a threat. He is acting as if the community is the safest place for me when in reality, being with them is the safest thing for me. No one cares about me as much as Blue and Gyles. They are the only ones that will fight for me until death, being together is all we need to overcome this.
Gyles is with me on this. He doesn't want to take me. He knows that staying here with Blue is the best bet for all of us.
