I slowly open my eyes, because I instinctive closed the before I stoped falling... Or I'm just died. But this time I was an inch off the ground. That... was close... And then... boff. I stoped hovering.
"Ow" I complained.
"It could be worse," he chimed in again. "When I did that test on other people they would stop and then his the ground and become a pancake because the hovering only slows down two percent of the falling speed,"
"So... how did I not die?" I ask with amazement.
"It seems the artificial intelligence likes you and stoped it entirely! Lucky you!"
"The what?"
"Do I have to spell it out for you? Alright fine! A, R, T, I, ..."
"I know what artificial intelligence means!"
"Don't get snotty on me! Look, she told me that she wanted to be apart of the gloves!"
"Isn't that illegal since they let the robots have there own free will so that they would not fight us!"
"True, true. But she VOLUNTEERED! Do I have to spell that too?!"
"No. Just don't. I saw the observatory. It's close but I don't know where to go,"
"Fine! But you don't have to be so rude!" he pouted. "Just head south,"
"South huh... " I pull my 404 up. A compass popped up on the screen, with small numbers underneath it. "What this?"
"The distance to your target as you set it,"
"Ah. Well... Let's finish this mission."
