"Don't push first, before the baby is ready to come out, ma'am?" said the doctor by giving a booster injection so that Karin's opening was faster.
"Akkkhhhh...akkhhh honey, the pain is getting worse." Karin said holding Aska's hand tighter.
Aska's heart screamed and screamed in pain when he saw how Karin repeatedly took deep breaths but couldn't push.
"I'll take a look again... how long has it been opened?" said the doctor while inserting her finger into the orifice of Aska's uterus along with the sound of Karin's amniotic fluid breaking.
"Madam, the amniotic fluid has broken.. now please take a deep breath and let it out by pushing hard." Doctor said, focusing on Karin's uterine cavity which was already wide open.
