Good ol' cherry tomatoes. Somehow they're the best thing coming out of the garden besides fruit and potatoes. They're especially good when you eat them as you pick them off the plant. The thing I learned this year when growing a cherry tomato plant was that you don't grow those in shade even if it gets extremely hot during the day. Those little suckers will not turn red if they don't have enough sunlight. Another thing is that watermelons and select herbs are picky. Gardening is hard ;-; I very much admire the farmers that can actually grow stuff while I'm sitting here in the dirt playing with worms. I love doing it but honestly figuring out what's wrong with the plants sometimes gives me a headache. My heart goes out to fellow hot hands that kill a plant with a touch and a week.
