I feel a foreboding air and immediately dodge to the left, a massive vine landing loudly where I was just standing. 'She is not happy! She wants my kneecaps now, hah! You won't get them!' I think as I dodge while I continue to run. She screeches every time I dodge an attack as I slowly make my way towards her other leg.
Dodge after dodge as I get closer to her other leg and I begin to see what looks like fear in her eyes. Her attacks increase in speed as she ignores the constant pelting of spells, causing her attacks to frenzy.
She all of a sudden stops attacking and I sense something is wrong. I watch as the crystals on her back begin to dim as I feel the mana in the air shift around me. I look up to see her mouth open as a glow forms in it, an ominous feeling crawls through my spine.
"What the fuck?!" I think as I immediately begin to conjure a shield with darkness magic. 1 layer, 2 layers, 3, 4, 5.....I can only get 7 layers when the beam launches at me, the bright light coming towards me in my field of vision.
'I can't protect myself against this!' I think as I quickly look around and notice a shadow underneath, the patch of darkness underneath her head looking like my salvation. 'There! Shadow Transportation!' I feel the ground sink under me as I immediately clamp my claws, I stare at where I was standing moments before, my barriers slow her beam for about 5 seconds before it punches through as the area the beam hit now has molten crystal.
She looks at it for a moment and screeches before turning back to the castle, clearly showing her intentions as she towers over the massive stone buildings. I look over and see as a white barrier slowly begins to rise, but swear to myself at its speed, 'At this rate, it's going to take at least 30 minutes! So I need to slow her down or stop her or we are screwed!'
I look up at the bottom of her head as her jaws click together, seemingly excited. I activate shadow armor as I yell, "Screw you!" I crush the carapace under her jaw and stick my hand in, my purple visor showing a massive warning sign as a siren blares in my ears.

'I hope Kurayami can hold that thing off.....' I think as I run around, I reach my destination as I bolt into Dreag's room just to see him quickly throwing clothes on. He looks up at me as his eyes go wide, "Where's Kurayami?"
I quickly shout, "He is fighting that titan outside along with a few other adventurers! I don't know how long he is going to last!"
Dreags eyes go wide as his jaw drops. He puts his shoes on and grabs a shirt before bolting out of the room. I turn around to follow when I see Winter standing there, her face serious. "What?" She asks, the anger in her voice is tangible.
I wave for her to follow as I struggle to keep up with Dreag, she bolts to my side as I explain, the wind reflecting off my helmet. "He sent me here to get Dreag! He is fighting that thing outside till the barriers come up!" Her face darkens as she waves her hand, a suitcase appearing in her hands.
She quickly takes a left and enters a random room. I bolt past as I continue to catch up to Dreag, knowing he is going to meet my father.
Dreag arrives at two massive metal doors as he slams his shoulder into them, causing a dent to appear as they fly open. I enter behind him and see my father and sister, along with a bunch of nobles, currently looking at a map of the kingdom. The map has a bunch of blue stones along with a large red stone on the outside.
Dreag immediately yells, "Kurayami is out there! He is fighting that Continent Class creature, we need to help him! He may be a divine beast but he can't handle something like this!"
My father and sister look at eachother with wide eyes before the king sighs and speaks, "We didn't know this creature was here, but I forbid you to interfere." Dreag's eyes go wide as a fire burns in his eyes.
"What do you mean?! My student is out there risking his life for your kingdom and I can't help?!"
The king nods as he holds a poker face, "This may seem cruel but you know better than I do that situations under great pressure can help a divine beast unlock their true form-"
"Then why isn't your daughter out there then as well?!" Dreag immediately interrupts furiously, Kurayami has become family to him over these five years, just like he feels like a brother to me. I don't understand what my father is thinking but it better make sense.
The people stay silent as they watch the conversation unfold, knowing Dreag's position. Who would try and go against a divine beast except the king himself.
My father sighs as he speaks, "I was going to tell you but the time hasn't been right. She has unlocked her abilities already, would you please show him?" My sister nods as she pulls back her dress's sleeve, making her scales disappear before our very eyes.
I am shocked as I look, I never thought she would already of unlocked it. I hear Dreag ask, "How?! When?!"
"She unlocked it 2 years ago but we don't know how. But you are to stay here in case we can't get the mana shield up in ti-" He is interrupted by a massive boom, one that caused the room's ears to numb.
Everyone looks over at a massive window to see the queen that was causing fear in the hearts of everyone. Where her head was now is filled with a massive pitch black sphere, pure white lightening crackling around the mass of black.
The black orb suddenly collapses on itself as where the queen's head used to be, is now empty. It sways momentarily before falling into the forest with a thud, crushing hundreds of trees in the process. Everyone stares at the body with wide eyes until and elderly looking man whispers, "What was that?"
