The Great Ocean Hippocampus's aura continued to grow as it rose higher and higher.
It was as if the further it got from the Rust Sky World, the stronger it would grow. This was actually true as it had been limited by the world's limits.
Even if the Rust Sky world was close to ascension itself, it was still not a true Celestial World. As such the most the Great Ocean Hippocampus could do was to gather Celestial Qi and utilize the Key to control the Bridge Plane which was a Celestial Treasure.
It had done that and sent the Bridge Plane away. With that done, it had little time left to stay in the Rust Sky World, which it didn't wish to stay for any longer at all.
It had been waiting for this opportunity for a long time and it had finally presented to itself.
Having been Ordained by the Rust Sky World's will the Great Ocean Hippocampus was no longer restricted and could finally ascend.
