Chapter 1 - Introduction

The Caeli Academy, situated in the Silver Moon Empire, was renowned as one of the greatest educational institutions, being founded by the Demigod Liroen, the firstborn of Goddess Caeli and a human. The academy was responsible for educating young nobles and commoners from the tender age of six to seventeen, imparting the students with a great range of knowledge, varying from magic and martial arts to alchemy and astronomy.

The institution was a fertile land to produce legendary figures, feeding them with enough theoretical and practical knowledge to help them develop and maximize their talents. In fact, Caeli Academy has been raising great minds and legends on the continent even before the establishment of the Silver Moon Empire. The academy's origin story could be traced back to the Age of Darkness, when the Demons invaded the world, with Demigod Liroen as the first headmaster.

Arthur Silver Moon was the Third Prince of the Silver Moon Empire, a talented and intelligent individual, who didn't partake in the fight for the throne and only focused on his studies, living inside the academy's villa, like the other nobles and commoners. He was gifted with one of the purest bloodlines in all Silver Moon Family, which made him extremely talented in magic and martial arts.

He easily surpassed all his royal siblings, breaking a few records inside the academy, being the youngest to achieve the First Stage in both Martial Arts and Magic, at the tender age of eight. This achievement brought glory to the name Silver Moon, which resulted in the emperor greatly supporting him and providing a huge volume of resources to raise him.

This event caused Arthur's growth to reach another level, managing to achieve the Fifth Stage of Magic and the Fourth Stage of Martial Arts at the age of fourteen. This fact testified his genius as he approached the same strength as a few external professors. Unfortunately, his talents and intellect generated fear and envy in the hearts of those who watched his back, inside the imperial family and inside the academy. In the end, not wishing to be the target of those stares and waste his time, Arthur distanced himself from everyone.

This occurrence didn't seem to bother him. He wasn't training to garner people's appreciation or respect, but to quickly raise his strength. He wanted to pursue his dream of freedom, the dream of going wherever he wanted and see everything with his own eyes, like the Legendary beings on stories. He wasn't destined to be caged inside this empire or even on this continent.

However, to achieve this dream, power was a necessity. If he could gather sufficient strength, Arthur would even be able to visit the City of Dragons, situated on top of the highest mountain of the continent, unafraid of their onslaught.

And, to Arthur, The Grimoire of Legends has always been his greatest asset, ever since he was a child. Thanks to this grimoire, he was able to rapidly climb the ladder of power and visit every single land on this world, while also preventing and fighting against the Demons.
