When the jedi were caught half footed on Kashyyyk A detachment of the 501st were sent to Help stop the bleeding, we were headed into a suicide battle and we knew it.
To get on Kashyyyk we had to get past the separatist borders, our men were little in numbers, but we always fought on.
*in the action (Ship)*
"All Advanced class pilots to the hangar bay" We picked up our blasters and headed to the hangar bay, we had to take out two comm frigates, getting past the auto-turrets were the hardest part… for most anyway, but me.
Me and two other clones were attacking one of the comm frigates, the two clones that were following me were shot down by the auto-turrets, but I flew directly through the middle getting hit a few times but never shot down.
when I Got to the front after my firing run I flew to the underside and continued my runs, it took awhile for me to take out the frigate, but it blew to five pieces of scrap.
"One more left, take it down!" the fleet commander yelled into the mic. I head to the next frigate, "we're running low on men." Another clone in the fleet said just before exploding himself, four Other troopers started following me, I hear Zetas voice "We're hear at your side." Epsilon, Gamma and betta followed up "Affirmative!" We head towards the underbelly of the frigate, Epsilon and beta covered us from the vulture droids coming up behind while Gamma, Zeta and I shot down the frigate, spinning and shooting waiting for it to get destroyed, which it did in the end.
"That's the last one, now get back to the hangar, get a squad, take the dropship, land in their hangar bay and Destroy their main systems." The fleet commander ordered, "Yes, Sir!" I respond, I then talk to the squad "Zeta, get your squad to the hangar we're going into the enemy's territory" Zeta Responded, "I'll meet you there, Gamma, beta, Epsilon Return to the hanger we're needed." Gamma, beta and epsilon responded, "Yes, Sir!"
When we were back in the hangar we boarded the Transport ship as instructed and headed to The opposing Hangar, once we were aboard we poured out of it, a few other troopers had joined in on the assault when the doors opened for us the first thing that shot was an auto-turret followed by Droid marines, half of the extra troops were shot down but Zeta, epsilon, gamma, beta, two of the tag along troopers and me managed to get through to the cooling rooms which we pelleted with all the explosives available, after half of them were thrown it was destroyed.
we turned back and ran to the control room and cleared any droids in our sights, me on the other hand had set a few detonators on the main console, After setting the detonators I yelled to the troopers that had accompanied me "Move, Move, we need to get back to our ship, lets go" the remaining troopers tried to hold the droids back but died, Zeta, Beta, Gamma, Epsilon and I on the other hand had managed to get out after trying to drag the clones to the ship.
Once we were out we had to head back to our hangar, we made it and could finally rest while epsilon had to attend to the wounded, that were wounded from the Felucian battle, but our next mission was on the planet Kashyyyk.
*In the action (Land)*
We never really got used to the bloodshed, but it got to the point we didn't care as long as we followed orders, when we were on Kashyyyk it seemed like a suicide mission, the only hope we had were the Wookiees we never had seen a Wookiee rip a droid apart with their own bare hands, even then it was still a suicide mission, But when Yoda came in It was a battle, a winnable battle.
The Wookiees were fierce we had to protect the frontline while the blaster bolts shot down our troopers and Wookiees alike But Zeta, Beta, Gamma, Epsilon and I had come round to try and flank the droids, our attempts were futile, we survived but Never actually could reach around to flank them so we held the position with the Wookiees After time the droids had started to overwhelm us so we started to fall back, me on the other hand held my position until Zeta pulled me away as a Super droid Jumps onto one of the Barricades and shoot At my position and miss by a few millimetres.
We jump over another barricade and Zeta yells to me "It's like you have a death wish, this isn't like Geonosis, this is Kashyyyk they have better equipment and we have barely been able to rest." We poke our head up and Zeta gets shot in the arm and falls Back, I yell "We need a medic over here!"
Epsilon was nearby shooting at the clankers, he hears my voice and dives over beside us, "Zeta this may hurt." Epsilon says as He jabs a stim pack needle into his arm, after a few seconds he felt partially better, epsilon then tells me "We need to fall back behind the wall" While he keeps poking up to shoot the droids who are getting increasingly closer.
Epsilon and I pull Zeta up and yell out, "Fall back, behind the wall!" All the clones in eavesdrop run back While shooting at the clones, some get hit and fall while others drag them Towards the wall, A blaster bolt scrapes along the side of my helmet, I turn and shoot the droid who just shot at me as he drops, After five minutes we make it past the Wall and start covering the doors trying to protect a Power source that could blow the whole Planet apart.
Each minute we were losing twice the amount of troops then on Geonosis let alone Felucia, But The last thing we had expected was Yoda, who came along with a new set of shinnies.
When they made it here, we rushed in pushing the droids out of their command posts, the next thing we knew we were being extracted and headed to Mygeeto…
