"You can't buy me with your sweet words! Just give up on that." Jillyanna snickered with her muffled voice under the blanket.
"Wifey, it's cold to sleep outside." he played the pitiful card but Jillyanna just turned her back on him.
"Wifey, it isn't good for a man to sleep outside. Shouldn't a wife keep her husband from going out?"
"I'm not your wife."
"Wifey, don't get mad at me. I promise I won't talk about it."
No response again.
"Wifey, I won't tease you again."
Still no response.
"Jill I know I promised not to talk about it again but honestly, I clearly remembered the time you confessed. You may hate me for saying this even after telling me not to talk about it but I'd rather have things cleared up between us instead of sleeping with anger." he paused for awhile to see any response from her but she remained quiet. "Jill, I was really happy when you told me you like me but jealousy clouded over my judgement. I'm sorry."
