When you don't believe you are getting stronger, you wake up everyday, you breathe everyday, you pick up yourself after crying for hours, that's all you and that takes guts and it's not everyone cup of tea, you are stronger than you think.

Approximately 20 minutes later, I could feel the beating of my heart return back to its normal pace and thanked The Almighty by whispering "Alhamdulillah" (Glory be to Him)
"Alhamdulillah(Praising GOD)" my parents repeated.
Dad reached for the glass of water and placed it carefully towards my lips "Easy darling… easy. Everything happens for reason .Take one sip at a time okay? That's it, easy " he said
"It's okay, I've got it" he quickly added, observing my trembling hands and comforting me. I was glad to have them both by my side despite what I had done they were here right next to me.
