Oh Allah! I seek refuge in You from the difficulty of affliction, from the burden of hardship, from evil judgement and from the enemy's evil malicious rejoicing for another person's suffering.
Umar:
I stared around the cabin, a place I've always loved to retreat to whenever possible to dedicate time to our Almighty Allah or just to simply escape the occasional overbearing city life. Nothing beats the solace of open natural space and the sounds of nature's wildlife birds surrounding you, all the while concentrating in reciting The Holly Qur'an.
Just the mere thought of reciting the beautifully, smoothly and precisely written words and receiving the company of noble and obedient angels is so indescribable to put into words. It completely and utterly softens my heart to calmness to know each and every word sent has been down by Allah swt (Subhanahu wa ta'ala - The most Glorified, The most high) to our Prophet Mohammed phub (Alayhi s-Salam - Peace be upon him).
