Chapter 76 - Umar and Khadija:Drive to the cabin

Any act that causes maltreatment to others, whether alone or in a group.  Whether it is beneficial or not beneficial to the one who causes it, is prohibited in Islam.  It should not exist in the first place and if it did, then a cautious effort should be made to remove or minimize it.  The scholars point out that those in authority should interfere and prevent such harmful acts.

As I drove to the cabin; the location my father mentioned, I felt so many mixed emotions from trepidation to abandoning Khadija; the one-person i've ever only loved and never wanted to leave my side.

"Khadija, please do not let me wait too long to marry you, I don't think I would be able to manage to go home each night without you.  To sleep in my bed without you; how will I cope?"
