"Umm...." Dakota said, closing the door behind him as he walked in. "You look great sitting here in my room."
I smiled, raising an eyebrow. "And you look pretty good in here, too." I tilted my head to the side, my expression suddenly serious. "Are you sure you don't want me to stay in another room?"
He scrunched up his eyebrows, looking at me as if I had four heads. "What do you think?" Then he swept me into his arms and carried me to his bed and laid me down, laying beside me. Then he crushed his lips to mine, brushing the hair back away from my face. He pulled back a moment later and looked into my eyes with so much love I thought my heart would burst receiving it.
"Do you still want to wait... until we're married?" The way he was kissing me, I wasn't sure.
He nodded. "Yes, of course. But seeing you laying on my bed like this is a dream come true."
I chuckled. "So, do you still want to go out tonight?"
