Dakota was still in his wolf form, greeting us at the top of the cliff. "Where's Micah?"
Tears mentally filled Michelle's eyes. "When Crystal and Cathy grabbed me, Micah and I both fought them, but then Crystal ended up pushing him off the cliff and into the ravine. The current carried him downstream." She sighed. "Didn't he come home yet?"
Dakota shook his massive head. "I'm going to go look for him."
"So am I," Michelle said in the Pack Mind.
"Let's go," I replied, following Dakota and Michelle to the top of the cliff.
We followed the river downstream but found no sign of Micah. All three of us scanned the edges of the river as we ran. We followed the river for a while, but there was no sign of Micah.
"We're close to the Starlight Pack Compound now," Dakota said. "Let's go to the castle and ask Zy if they've seen Micah."
