Aurora went into her room and changed her clothes, she had remembered that with her small allowance she bought a dress which she had never worn before. As soon as she got the whole corridor lit up. She wore a one shoulder, white dress, Aurora looked stunning.
In Aurora's mind she felt as if they both were overdressed, but she didn't want to make Hana even more upset.
"Where do you want to go?" Aurora asked Hana.
"I don't know." Hana responded.
"Just follow me." Aurora grinned.
They had both left the military camp, it was currently 1 o'clock and they had 2 hours before the afternoon classes. Hana had linked with Aurora's arm, with her head down, Aurora knew that she had to do something quickly before Hana burst's out crying. Aurora looked around and tried looking for somewhere to go.
"Let's go here." Aurora pulled Hana somewhere. "Sit here." Hana sat down, and looked up, they were in a makeup store.
"Hello, could you please do our makeup?" Aurora asked one of the workers.
"Of course, for how many people?" The worker asked.
"2." Aurora responded.
"Okay, please wait over there and we will be there with you soon."
"Thank you."
Aurora walked to Hana, "What's going on?" Hana asked.
"We are getting our makeup done. Since we are wearing such nice dresses, our faces should match it." Aurora smiled to Hana.
Hana smiled back.
5 minutes later.
"Hello, my name is Lucy, I will be doing your makeup today. Who will be going first?"
"She will." Aurora looked at Hana who was sat down.
"Let's get started then!" Lucy exclaimed.
While Lucy applied Hana's makeup, Aurora looked around the store. She found many products, but had no idea what half of them were used for.
"How may I help you?" A worker asked Aurora.
"I'm just looking around." Aurora answered.
"Do you need some skin care products?" The worker looked at Aurora's face.
Aurora touched her face, was she bad looking?
"Your skin looks dry, how about I recommend an item?"
"Uh sure."
The worker walked to and grabbed a something, "This one of my most popular products, not only is is cost-effective it also is very good for dry skin, as it moisturizes and has an SPF 15."
Aurora stared at her with a blank face. "What SPF?"
"It's to protect your face from the sun, but it doesn't smell of sunscreen, it has a sent of roses."
"Is that so?"
"Yes and there's more!" The worker kept going on what was in the cream.
Aurora wanted to get out of this situation so she blurted out, "I'll buy it!" Maybe she said it a bit too loudly.
"That's great I will go wrap it up to you!" The worker walked over to the counter and wrapped up the cream and placed into a bag, "Since you were so eager to buy this product I'll throw in some other things just for you!"
"Thank you." Aurora got her card out to pay and then she saw the total, 'Cost-efficient my a*s.' Aurora thought to herself. Anyway, she still paid for it. After she took the bag she walked back to Hana, her face went wide. Who knew that she could change after putting makeup on.
"It's done!" Lucy said.
"Thank you so much." Hana looked in the mirror and was probably more shocked than Aurora.
"It's your turn now." Lucy turned to Aurora.
"Okay." Aurora sat down in the chair and Lucy stared working her magic.
25 minutes later
"Wow what a beauty." Lucy had said while staring deeply at Aurora's face.
"Have you finished yet?" Aurora asked.
"Yep!" Lucy responded.
"Aurora, I never knew you were this pretty!" Hana exaggerated. It seemed that she sort of went back to her old self.
"You're making me blush." Aurora joked to Hana.
Aurora went and paid for their makeover and as soon as they left the store the sun shined on them. It seemed like they were two goddesses.
