While fiddling with her hands lying on Luther's lap, Carla noticed there's a necklace with a red pendant on her neck.
Carla got up and was about to remove the necklace, but Luther stopped her, "you shouldn't remove the necklace. It's an ancestral artifact passing down from generation to generation in your mother's family. Only the crown princess/prince can wear it."
With a confused expression, Carla answered, "I am not yet the crown princess of the wizard community. So how can I wear this? Moreover, who gave me this..?"
"We don't know who gave you this. When I came from here, it was already there on your neck. You are the only child in your generation, so they will pass the necklace naturally to you," Luther answered.
