Aya's POV
When we turned to go toward the house, it was to the sound of clapping hands. Yoshimitsu's clapped his hands three times to be precise. "Daisuke, you must be more kind to our new sister. We are honored that you came, Aya." The he opened his arms wide and with a booming voice called out, "Come, my family. Dinner is ready." those on the walkway were the ones that went in first.
When I stepped forward, Daisuke took me by the elbow and grinned, "Since you are Onna Bugeisha, you can sit with the warriors if you like. It is considered an honor." in truth, I found the idea quite appealing and allowed him to guide me into the dining area. It was a huge room filled with short tables near to the walls but so that four could still sit on cushions at each side of the table, comfortably.
