Realizing that she was alone with the Soul Eater in his room, Angeal pouted her lips like a child, making Devin rest his head on his palm as he narrowed his eyes at the girl.
"Why do you look so disinterested being with me," he asked, making Angeal roll her eyes at him.
"Why do you always want me to stay by your side and say that it is an order," she asked, not answering his question as she crossed her arms in front of her chest.
"I..." Not wanting to be honest with his feelings of wanting her to stay by his side, he just scoffed then spoke again. "I just ordered you to. That is not a problem as you work for me," he reasoned, making Angeal sigh.
She then recalled how Devin interacted with his brother, especially their mother. Her eyebrows furrowed, making Devin arch a brow at her.
