Chapter 74 - Get Even
Fu Beichen tossed his cigarette butt to the garbage can on the roadside before he turned around and clasped on Gu Nanyu's shoulders, locking her in the car seat.
"Do you think this is funny?" A hint of menace flashed across Fu Beichen's dark eyes.
"N-N-No…" His demeanor resembled a starving wolf.
Gu Nanyu was so shocked that she started stammering.
Fu Beichen was staring straight at her as he moved near her. Looking at his enlarging face, Gu Nanyu was starting to regret her actions.
Fu Beichen would still take his status as her uncle into consideration if she did not expose him like that.
Now that he admitted that they had no blood relation, would he stop caring for his concerns and turn into a beast?
"Hey… Even though Grandfather is not your biological father, you're still my uncle by title. Don't do anything crazy…" Gu Nanyu no longer had any space to retreat.
Fu Beichen finally paused when he was three centimeters away from her.
"You still owe me one thing." Fu Beichen stared daggers at her.
"What… What is it?" Gu Nanyu could not recall anything.
"You escaped that night. That's a debt." Fu Beichen narrowed his eyes.
It took Gu Nanyu a while to regain her senses and recall about that night during her rebirth.
"Fu Beichen, you and I knew what happened that night. What do you mean by I owe you? Don't be ridiculous!" Gu Nanyu knew that Fu Beichen was referring to her escaping that night.
"There is something even more absurd. Do you want to know?" Fu Beichen's expression was inexplicable.
Gu Nanyu was stunned.
Her mind was not working as if he cast a spell on her. She was mesmerized by his eyes at that time.
While she was still dazzled with his eyes, a sharp pressure landed on her lips.
His thin and cold lips coupled with a hint of undispersed smoke covered hers.
Everything was too sudden.
Gu Nanyu did not expect him to act like this at all.
He attacked her with his lips without any warning!
Gu Nanyu gasped.
Fu Beichen was nibbling on her lips bit by bit, not leaving out any single corner.
This is what he meant by absurd?

"Your debt from that night, I'm collecting it sooner or later." Upon finishing his words, Fu Beichen loosened his grip on her.
"You're nuts!" Gu Nanyu tried to open the car door, but it was locked by Fu Beichen. Unable to leave the car, she shouted, "Fu Beichen! What do you mean by this?"
"I let you go that night, but you chose to return." Fu Beichen replied in a nonchalant manner.
"I was forced to go into the bar, it wasn't voluntary." Gu Nanyu was bummed.
"I only care about the results." Fu Beichen replied.
Gu Nanyu finally reacted, "You kissed me first! What can you say about that?"
Now that Fu Beichen admitted that they were not blood-related, Gu Nanyu wanted to get even with him about what had happened that night.
"I am willing to take responsibility for my actions that night." Fu Beichen replied firmly.
Gu Nanyu was speechless.
