Around his mouth blood of red,
undoubtedly from those he bed.
Into his eyes I shall not be lead.
Tears his eyes cannot shead.
He is cold, merciless, unkind,
and so I refuse to be blind.
He will not take prisoner my mind.
His limbs I will bind,
the rope I shall wind.
I will make sure he doesn't hurt others.
The children will stay with their mothers,
alongside sisters with their brothers.
No one will have to hide beneath covers.
So I suppress my shudders.
I will stop my him, my lover.
To protect the other,
and all people.
