As I appear back in the bedroom, I see Thane laying in the bed waiting. When I saw what Silas was up to and about to do, I had to leave and stop him before he could send more people. When I left, Thane was sleeping but seeing him now, I feel guilty.
He looks me over, checking to see if I was okay before asking "Where did you go?" I slowly raise my chin before softly saying "I killed Silas." He quickly sits up with wide eyes and growls before saying "You went there all by yourself!? What if something happened!?"
I give him a sad smile and raise my arms as I say "What could possibly happen? I can't die, remember?" Thane falters a little before standing up and saying "There are worst things than dying... Just..."
He takes a deep breath and pulls me into a hug before finishing "Just tell me before you leave. Tell me what you plan to do so that I can have some peace of mind and so that I can feel like I'm still able to help you... even if I really can't."
