Mikeal
Walking towards her I smiled and brought her chin up so she could look at me and I could see her completely. Her big brown eyes were shinning, the makeup artist made her already long lashes look lusher and longer, her eyes were highlighted with deep reds and coppers. Her skin pale covered with only a dusting of freckles, absolutely flawless. Thankfully they did not cover those. Her plump lips were just gently enhanced by a slightly darker than her natural colour of lip. Looking at her dress I was very impressed by my cousin's work, long cascading dusty rose tulle, over a short corset , puffy sleeves in 3 sections hung off her shoulders. Her back was bare and very alluring, with her large breasts allowing for her cleavage to be viewed respectfully but provocatively. The dress hung like a fairies onto the floor in layers making her round chubby soft body look so elegant and womanly. She truly was a doll as her long curly brown hair cascaded down her arms and back with only a few strands pulled back.
"You are a squished porcelain doll my dear. But a breathtakingly beautiful one. Now, keep your head up high, we have work to do." I grinned and nodded to the staff before taking her hand.
Freya
I could feel my cheeks begin to burn as Mikeal stared at me, I felt like he was looking at his prey and eyeing everything on me, I felt naked almost. But this wasn't a feeling I didn't like, in fact I am mentally storing this feeling so I may write it in my comic so I can perfectly describe how this man can make a woman feel, why he would be so sought after. Smiling I looked at him taking my hand and bringing me out of the salon. Exiting the place I noticed it was already getting dark and the meeting with my publisher would be soon, as if reading my mind my phone began to ring in Mikeal's car.
"Kitten? Are you finally answering my calls?" I could hear my publisher's voice frantic over the other end.
"Hello Sebastian." I sighed hearing him, not sure what he would want with me right now.
"Kitten, I am at the publishers place right now, and you'll never guess the amount of famous people here, from famous authors and other publishers. You must come now! Oh and put on something nice. Don't embarrass me."
"Actually Sebastian, I'm on my way.. hold on, what do you mean famous people? I thought this was just a dinner." I bit my lip then looked over at Mikeal, 'How did you know? You most definitely are some sort of evil being.'
"I mean like authors of some of the best selling comics and mangas. Actresses and publishers are mingling with directors and others with money. I am not sure why you think it's just a dinner. But I am sure I'm not going home alone. Hurry up!" He hung up and left me just holding my phone to my ear in shock.
"Mikeal, how did you know?" I spoke quietly with my head down, playing with the soft tulle on my dress skirt.
"My chubby little lamb, you think Henry is the only one with connections? No one is going to embarrass my woman, besides me." He grinned at me before pulling up to a large mansion with flowers and people everywhere.
"I'm not your woman." I whispered while pouting before I went to open my door before I heard Mikeal growl a little causing every part of my body to freeze in fear and an emotion that I had truly not felt before I met him. He keeps doing that to me.
"Wait for me." He spoke using his deep voice on me before he got out of the car walking to my side to open the door for me. I could hear the cameras flashing before I saw the many people outside the house taking pictures of the people walking inside the front door. Breathe in and breathe out Freya, just relax, this is what it's like to be a big shot. But why did my publisher lie to me? Why didn't she tell me this was a party and not just a meet a greet with me and my inspiration for my new book. I didn't have the best feeling about how this night was truly going to go. I could only hope that I could just get in and get out like the horribly bad dates that Nancy normally took me on.
Mikeal
Taking her little hand in mine I helped her from my car and brought her to my side. Her legs peeked from the dress just shortly showing the short heeled beige knee high boots that she was wearing. Licking my lips I grinned my hair falling over my blue eye and scar. I brought my right arm around her bringing her close to me, allowing her to match my walking pace before we got the door. In the past I would very diligently avoid these events that had so many cameras, but this time, I was the face of Freya's book, not the face of Mikeal, and that, I was okay with. Entering through the doors, lots of people were paired up talking and sharing stories, booze and food smell erupted in my nose, I shuddered. I hated intoxicated humans. But this wasn't the time to care, soon my face could show nothing and I could be really indifferent. As we were entering and taking in the scene of all the people who I'm sure were making Freya star struck, I could feel her body freeze and her start to shrink back. Looking the way she was I grinned. Perfect.
"Henry, who is this one again?" I spoke my deep voice rolling over Freya's sister's body, I wasn't a lust demon like him but I could break any illusion and I could create illusions. She would feel anything I wanted her to imagine feeling. Freya looked at me with a look that told me I was being ridiculous.
"Nancy, you remember my cousin Mikeal?" Henry spoke smirking and looking at Freya, I could see the hunger in his eyes as his eyes glanced over her body lingering at her chest and lips. Nancy nodded but I tilted my head slightly grinning at Henry. "Freya, you are the most breathtaking sight, I've ever witnessed in my life. Truly this party has only now begun." Watching Freya I could tell she didn't know how to respond as I stepped in front of her.
"The real party will begin after we leave, and you're not invited cousin of mine." Henry lifted a brow looking me in the eyes before laughing and remembering he had a date on his arm who was very upset and fuming.
"That's a pity." Henry took Nancy's hand and kissed it gently looking at her, before his eyes went back to Freya standing behind me.
"Freya, come to the bathroom with me?" Nancy spoke sweetly to her sister, though not fooling anyone. But before Freya could get anything out of her lips I spoke up.
"After, right now we must find her publisher. We have meeting." Nancy again was caught in my deep raspy voice. Taking my little lamb's arm I brought her with me as we walked away from the snake and incubus.
"You shouldn't have dressed me like this. I look like such a clown in front of all these people." Her voice like a luscious velvety drink when she's unsure, unlike her silky confident usual tone.
"No, lamb, you're just the star attraction, which you should be since you're beside me."
