Chapter - 37: True Power Saiyan Part - 3

---------------

"You were a great disappointment, I expected too much from a slut like you," I said, and then stepped forward, leaving the spear impaled beside Artemis.

She was still bound with my chains that prevented her from any movement, and the only thing she could do was look at me with obvious murderous intent, as if she wanted to devour my entire existence.

As if I were about to crush a bug, I lifted my foot above her head and dropped it on the Amazon with a mighty stomp that easily knocked her unconscious and when she awoke things would be very different.

The Amazon would not die; after all, I had promised to humiliate her in the best way I could find. And comfortably leaving the Amazon's humble champion in the crater, I felt very good about myself and headed toward the army that awaited my arrival with obvious trepidation.

"Is this the warrior Themyscira has to offer?" I asked, examining the ranks of amazon with barely veiled disgust. The arrogance and superiority they had flaunted upon my arrival was nowhere to be seen.

"If that's the case, then you're really screwed," I said with a big grin that showed off my canines, and I used my wicked Ki to cover the chains, to give a little boost that never hurts.

The Amazons responded in unison, bringing their weapons to hammer on their shields in a rhythmic cacophony that stirred the blood in my veins; I had to admit they were really good at setting the mood for a battle.

Hippolyta drew her blade skyward and dragged her horse at a gallop. The Amazons began to advance in front of their queen like an army of ten thousand ants besieging an elephant.

And like a certain Spartan, I separated the Amazon phalanxes with frightening speed. With neither sword nor shield in hand, I advanced past the long rows of pikes moving to block my assault and with one leap landed in the heart of the formation.

The Amazons around me quickly recovered, brandishing their weapons inward in an attempt to surround me, hurling spears, swords and whatever other weapons they possessed.

I could feel the adrenaline coursing through my veins as I faced the fierce Amazons. They were seasoned warriors, but I was now a natural calamity in human form, and more importantly, unlike them, I knew the power within me.

Their defensive training did not discourage me; on the contrary, it fueled my frenzy for battle. With lightning speed and superhuman strength, the Amazons split like a sea, trying to overcome my relentless assault.

The chains around my wrists rattled reddish as I swung them, using them as weapons. I had no sword or shield, but these chains were an extension of my body.

As I approached an Amazon warrior, I saw her eyes widen in fear. She raised her shield to try to block my attack, but the force of my blows made her flinch.

The chains reached out, wrapping around her wrist, and with a strong yank I knocked her to the ground. My instincts took over and I launched myself at another Amazon, this time using the chains to strike her in the legs.

She stumbled and I took the opportunity to deliver a powerful kick, knocking her backward. The sound of broken bones echoed across the battlefield.

The Amazons tried to regroup, but I was relentless. I could see the panic in their eyes as they struggled to repel my furious assault. Their once coordinated defense now fell into disarray, each of them focused on the threat I posed.

With a furious roar, I leapt into the air and knocked down an Amazon with an elbow strike that I had reinforced with my Evil Ki.

She fell and I moved swiftly to my next target, the chains swirling around me like a deadly storm. There was no finesse in my attacks, only pure destructive force.

Blood splattered on the ground, mixing with the dirt and sweat of battle. The Amazons fought valiantly, but they were no match for my wild frenzy.

I could feel the fatigue setting in, but after a few seconds I was back to my peak, it seemed my adaptability was doing its job, even at this moment for my pleasure. My chains collided with their weapons, sparking as the metal met. Their cries of pain and frustration fueled my desire to keep fighting.

And with each passing second I became more and more familiar with the chains around my wrists, which had become good weapons in my hands, a good symbol of my to overcome any obstacle in my path.

The battlefield was chaotic, bodies were strewn everywhere, but I kept going. I could hear the cries of encouragement from the Amazons, who were trying to regain their composure, but they were met with a force they could not comprehend.

As the battle raged, I felt my Saiyan power increase even more. My chains became an extension of myself, expanding and tightening at my mere command, striking with precision. The Amazons' defensive formation crumbled completely and they were forced to fight to survive.

Eventually the Amazons fell before me, their once magnificent strength destroyed by my power. The ranks of the Amazons slowly thinned, and I could see my figure coming closer and closer to Hippolyta.

I stood in the midst of the wreckage, covered with the blood of my enemies. It was undoubtedly becoming a brutal and exhausting battle, but compared to them I was still at my physical best.

An Amazon launched herself at me from behind, desperation clearly visible on her face and clearly guiding her actions that could be clearly perceived, thanks to my ability to sense emotions.

I grabbed her by the throat and was about to throw her away as useless garbage trying to stop my advance, or at least I would have, were it not for a golden lasso that suddenly wrapped itself around my arm, trapping it and making it hard to move.

I turned toward the source of my latest annoyance and found Donna Troy staring at me; I could tell from her appearance that she was not in the best condition, but fury burned in her blue eyes.

I raised my head and dropped the Amazon I was holding, now completely destroyed, to the ground without a second thought, and in the meantime my attention focused solely on the next challenger standing in my way

"I don't remember giving you the right to fight me. " I observed, examining the lasso blessed by the gods themselves wrapped like a vice around my arm and even tighter with every movement I made.

It was not the same as Diana's, it was weaker in a way, its presence was less heavy, and the compulsion to subdue me was indeed insignificant.

An inferior duplicate in every way imaginable, just like the heroine herself. I did not want to waste my precious time with her.

"Are you here to be a hero, to try to stop me when all your sisters have failed? Then you really are arrogant...." I declared, as my gaze shifted to the Amazons who were recovering nearby, rising from the ground and leaning on their weapons.

Whatever struggle they had put up at first had long since diminished, replaced by a heavy weight that clung to their shoulders and turned their eyes away from me whenever I deigned to turn my attention to them.

The feeling of terror... The one thing an Amazon could never feel against an enemy. "Perfect" It was the emotion I wanted to see in their faces, but I wanted even more, much more to be completely satisfied.

"I'm going to stop you, or I'm going to die trying," she replied, but unfortunately for her, statement did not frighten me at all and in fact I simply saw it as a suicide attempt on her part.

I could not help but laugh at her words. "Don't worry, I won't kill you, I have other plans for all of you," I drew my arm closer, heedless of the moaning of the golden lasso or the searing pain that marked my body.

Donna clung to the rope with both hands, even as the force of the pull drove her feet into the ground. She pulled on the lasso, looking distraught from the effort, but my arm did not move at all.

A second later I pulled with such force that her feet came off the ground and Donna suddenly found herself in the air darting toward me. "You are too weak, completely negligible."

She recovered from the sudden detachment of her feet from the ground, spinning in midair to right herself, but not fast enough to prevent my fist from lodging in her stomach.

Donna let out a groan of pain, her grip on the lasso loosened as the breath in her lungs was violently expelled by the impact. She didn't even have time to recover so I used instant teleportation to find myself behind her and grabbed her head before slamming her to the ground, dropping her easily to her knees.

She made an attempt to get back up before disengaging completely with a backward leap. It was only a temporary relief before I quickly resumed the position between us.

Faced with a flashy punch that left her on the edge, I delivered an additional punch to the sternum, which broke her defense and sent her flying before slamming her to the ground a couple of times before stopping.

But the Amazon did not give up and with visible difficulty got back up, not before stumbling backward a couple of times, her face bruised from the effort.

"I honestly expected more from Diana's star pupil," I could not help but say with a clear tone of mockery escaping my lips.

It seemed that the remark had really infuriated her, as Donna's eyes went from a bright blue hue to a mixture of red-orange that gave a strangely familiar feeling, but I couldn't figure out exactly what it was.

"You haven't seen anything yet!" she roared fiercely. She put her hands in front of her and a large ball of energy headed toward me, ready to erase me from existence.

But I was certainly not afraid of her. Nor did I move from my position. For this I grasped with my bare hands the lightning or better a photonic energy I had managed to identify.

Basically a deadly luminescent light that consumed the area I had occupied, reducing the earth to smoldering ruins, which I promptly compacted into a small sphere in my hands before being obliterated.

"That's it? Then now it's my turn!"
